Salwa Beauty currently ships within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Returns

Because Salwa Beauty products are personal care items, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@salwab.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
